"Ready to learn how to hunt?" Stormbriar asked Rowanpaw.

Ferretpaw gave a quick wiggle and quickly padded over to Dawnthorn.

"Let's go work on some basic fighting moves." suggested Dawnthorn to Ferretpaw.

Snakepaw quietly padded over to Bloodlotus.

"Go get to know your new denmates." suggested Bloodlotus to Snakepaw.

"Bumblepaw, Rowanpaw, Ferretpaw, Snakepaw!" cheered Goldenstripe for the pride's newest apprentices.

Littlemoon padded out of her den, dragging the body of Webstar in her jaws. She made her way to the center of the pride camp, arranging the leader's body so the pride could grieve.

Bumblepaw padded over and pressed her nose into Webstar's fur.

Stealthtail pressed her nose to Webstar's body, feeling the lives flow into her own, then tossed her head back in a roar. "Lions of WolfPride. Listen, And I will appoint the new deputy. I say these words before StarPride so our ancestors may hear and approve my choice...Aquaflower will be the deputy of WolfPride!"

"Thank you, Stealthstar." answered Aquaflower with a dip of her head.

"Stealthstar, Aquaflower! Stealthstar, Aquaflower!" cheered Littlemoon for the pride's new leader and deputy.

Mongoosepaw padded into the WolfPride camp, carrying comfrey in his jaws. He made his way into the den he shared with Littlemoon, placing the comfrey into the storage.

Littlemoon padded out of her den, dragging the body of Aquaflower in her jaws. She made her way to the center of the pride camp, placing the deputy's body down so the pride could grieve.

Hailfoot padded over and pressed his nose into Aquaflower's fur.

Stealthstar pressed her nose to Aquaflower's fur, then tossed her head back in a roar. "Lions of WolfPride. Listen, And I will appoint the new deputy. I say these words before StarPride so our ancestors may hear and approve my choice...Crowtail will be the deputy of WolfPride!"

"Thank you, Stealthstar." answered Crowtail with a dip of his head.

"Crowtail, Crowtail, Crowtail!" cheered Snowthistle for the pride's new deputy.
