Current WolfPride Plot

Reedpelt made her way into the WolfPride camp, carrying cobwebs in her jaws. She padded into the den she shared with Littlepaw, placing the cobwebs into the storage.

Hailfoot padded into the WolfPride camp, dragging an oryx in his jaws. He made his way into the elder's den, dropping the oryx at the elder's paws with a dip of his head.

"Let all lions old enough to catch their own prey gather for a pride meeting!" roared Reedpelt from the center of the pride camp.

Darkcub pricked up his ears and padded out of the nursery to hear what Reedpelt had to say.

"I, Reedpelt, Medicine Lion of WolfPride, call upon my warrior ancestors to look down upon this apprentice. She has trained hard to understand the way of a medicine lion, and with your help, she will serve her Pride for many moons. Littlepaw, do you promise to uphold the ways of a medicine lion, to stand apart from rivalry between Pride and Pride, and to protect all lions equally, even at the cost of your life?"

"I do." answered Littlepaw.

"Then by StarPride, I give you your full medicine lion name. Littlepaw, from this day on, you will be known as Littlemoon. StarPride honors you and we welcome you as a full medicine lion of WolfPride." Padding forward, Reedpelt rested her muzzle on top of Littlemoon's head.

Littlemoon licked Reedpelt's shoulder, then sat back and listened to the pride calling out her new name.

"Littlemoon, Littlemoon, Littlemoon!" cheered Blossomcub from his seat outside the nursery.

Crowtail padded into the WolfPride camp, carrying a lemur in his jaws. He made his way into the elder's den, dropping the lemur at the elder's paws with a dip of his head.

Reedpelt padded into the WolfPride camp, carrying horsetail in her jaws. She made her way into the den she shared with Littlemoon, sitting down sort out the horsetail.

"Let all lions old enough to catch their own prey gather for a pride meeting" roared Sealstar from the center of the pride camp.

Brightcub pricked up his ears and padded out of the nursery to hear what Sealstar had to say.

"I, Sealstar, Leader of WolfPride, call upon my warrior ancestors to look down on this apprentice. He has trained hard to understand the ways of your noble code, and I commend him to you as a warrior in his turn. Goldenpaw, do you promise to uphold the warrior code and to protect and defend your pride, even at the cost of your life?"

"I do." answered Goldenpaw.

"Then by StarPride, I give you your warrior name. Goldenpaw, from this day on, you will be known as Goldenstripe. StarPride honors you and we welcome you as a full warrior of WolfPride." Padding forward, Sealstar rested her muzzle on top of Goldenstripe's head.

Goldenstripe licked Sealstar's shoulder, then sat back and listened to the pride call out his new name.

"Goldenstripe, Goldenstripe, Goldenstripe!" cheered Bearpaw for her former denmate.

Reedpelt padded out of her den, dragging the body of Sealstar in her jaws. She placed the leader in the center of the camp, so the pride could grieve.

Pandacub padded out of the nursery and pressed his nose into Sealstar's fur.

Websong pressed her nose into Sealstar's fur, feeling the lives flow into her own body, and tossed her head back in a roar. "Lions of WolfPride. Listen, And I will appoint the new deputy. I say these words before StarPride so our ancestors may hear and approve my choice...Stealthtail will be the deputy of WolfPride!"

"Thank you, Webstar." replied Stealthtail to her half-sister.

"Webstar, Stealthtail! Webstar, Stealthtail!" cheered Stormfur for the pride's new leader and deputy.

Reedpelt padded into the WolfPride camp, carrying lungwort in her jaws. She made her way into the den she shared with Littlemoon, placing the lungwort into the storage.

"Let all lions old enough to catch their own prey gather for a pride meeting!" roared Webstar from the center of the pride camp.
