"Bramblepaw, Leafpaw, Dustpaw, Cloudpaw, Birchpaw!" cheered Alderkit for his former denmates.

Cinderwing padded into the CloudClan camp, carrying chervil in his jaws. He made his way into his den, placing the chervil into the storage.

After her first lesson, Dewpaw was now bathing herself in the sunlight as she cleaned herself from all the waste she had gotten at the training.

"I think you missed a spot behind your ears." meowed Cloudpaw as he walked up behind Dewpaw. "I could help you, if you like."

Dewpaw flicked her dirty ear, trying to figure out how to remove the waste. "Uh...Yes sure, that would nice of you" she meowed back.

"That's what denmates are for." meowed Cloudpaw as he sat down beside Dewpaw and started to wash behind her ears. "I can't reach behind my ears either."

Dewpaw thanked her clanmate with a purr, then she meowed back "yeah, it can be quite a hassle to wash, sometimes I try to use my paw but I struggle".

Cinderwing padded out of his den, carrying the body of Alderkit in his jaws. He made his way out of the clan camp and to the clan burial grounds, placing the kit in a hole and covering his body with earth.

Nightwing padded past her clanmates and into the nursery, squeezing inside carefully. Once inside, she dipped her head to the other queen and settled into an empty nest.

Cinderwing padded out his den, dragging the body of Lionfircone in his jaws. He made his way to the center of the clan camp, arranging the deputy's body so the clan could grieve.

Dustpaw padded over and pressed his nose into Lionfircone's fur.

Jasminestar pressed his nose into Lionfircone's fur, then tossed his head back in a yowl. "Cats of CloudClan. Listen, And I will appoint the new deputy. I say these words before StarClan so our ancestors may hear my approve and choice...Skywatcher will be the deputy of CloudClan!"

"Thank you, Jasminestar." meowed Skywatcher with a dip of his head.

"Skywatcher, Skywatcher, Skywatcher!" cheered Ashfoot for the clan's new deputy.

Dewrose approached Lionfircone's body, keeping a correct distance as she mourned the dead tom quietly.

However, Dewrose cheered for the new deputy, "Skywatcher, Skywatcher, Skywatcher !", the female would meow along with her clanmates.
