Current AirClan Plot

"I do." meowed Cloudpaw.

"Then by StarClan, I give you your warrior name. Cloudpaw, you will be known as Cloudfang. StarClan honors you and we welcome you as a full warrior of AirClan." Padding forward, Airstar rested her muzzle on top of Cloudfang's head.

Cloudfang licked Airstar's shoulder, then sat back and listened to the clan call out her new name.

"Cloudfang, Cloudfang, Cloudfang!" cheered Silverpelt for the clan's newest warrior.

Bluefeather padded past her clanmates and into the nursery, squeezing inside carefully. Once inside, she dipped her head to the other queen and settled down into an empty nest.

Cinderfeather padded out of his den, carrying a stick with mouse bile on the end. Wrinkling his nose up, he padded over to the elder's den and disappeared inside.

Bluefeather purred and licked at the six tiny kits at her side as they mewled and squealed for milk. As she touched her nose to each kit, she sent a silent thanks to StarClan for a healthy litter.

Cinderfeather padded into the AirClan camp, carrying catmint in his jaws. He made his way into the den he shared with Reedpaw, placing the catmint into the storage.

"Let all cats old enough to catch their own prey gather for a clan meeting!" yowled Airstar from the center of the clan camp.

Rubycloud padded over and took her place at the front of the crowd.

"We gather today to welcome a kit into her life as an apprentice." continued Airstar once the clan had gathered. "Hawkkit, you will be known as Hawkpaw. Copperbrook, you will be mentor to Hawkpaw."

Hawkpaw puffed out her chest in pride and padded over to Copperbrook.

"Go get to know your new denmates." meowed Copperbrook as she touched noses with Hawkpaw.

"Hawkpaw, Hawkpaw, Hawkpaw!" cheered Cloudfang for the clan's newest apprentice.

Cinderfeather padded out of his den, dragging the body of Airstar in his jaws. He made his way to the center of the clan camp, arranging the leader's body so the clan could grieve.

Crookedtail padded over and pressed his nose into Airstar's fur.

Rubycloud padded over and pressed her nose into Airstar's fur.

"It's time." meowed Cinderfeather as he turned to lead Rubycloud out of the clan camp.

Rubystar raced back into the AirClan camp with Cinderfeather, letting out a yowl as her paws touched the center of the clan camp. "Cats of AirClan. Listen, And I will appoint the new deputy. I say these words before StarClan so our ancestors may hear my approve and choice...Duskfoot will be the deputy of AirClan!"

"Thank you, Rubystar." meowed Duskfoot, puffing out her chest in pride.

"Rubystar, Duskfoot! Rubystar, Duskfoot!" cheered Crookedtail for the clan's new leader and deputy.

Poisonfang padded past her clanmates and into the nursery, squeezing inside carefully. Once inside, she dipped her head to the other queen and settled down into an empty nest.
