Current AirClan Plot

"I, Airstar, Leader of AirClan, call upon my warrior ancestors to look down on this apprentice. He has trained hard to understand the ways of your noble code, and I commend him to you as a warrior in his turn. Sneezepaw, do you promise to uphold the warrior code and protect and defend this Clan, even at the cost of your life?"

"I do." meowed Sneezepaw.

"Then by StarClan, I give you your warrior name. Sneezepaw, you will be known as Sneezeleopard. StarClan honors you and we welcome you as a full warrior of AirClan." Padding forward, Airstar rested her muzzle on top of Sneezeleopard's head.

Sneezeleopard licked Airstar's shoulder, then sat back and listened to the clan call out his new name.

"Sneezeleopard, Sneezeleopard, Sneezeleopard!" cheered Crookedtail for his new denmate.

Spottedface purred and licked at the five tiny kits at her side as they mewled and squealed for milk. As she touched her nose to each kit, she sent a silent thanks to StarClan for a healthy litter.

"Let all cats old enough to catch their own prey gather for a clan meeting!" yowled Airstar from the center of the clan camp.

Rubycloud padded over and took her place at the front of the crowd.

"We gather today to welcome three kits into their lives as apprentices." continued Airstar once the clan had gathered. "Cloudkit, you will be known as Cloudpaw. Sunberry, you will be mentor to Cloudpaw. Whitekit, you will be known as Whitepaw. Owlwing, you will be mentor to Whitepaw. Toadkit, you will be known as Toadpaw. Servalpelt, you will be mentor to Toadpaw."

Cloudpaw puffed out her chest and padded over to Sunberry.

Toadpaw puffed out his chest in pride and strutted over to Servalpelt.

Letting out a hefty purr, Whitepaw padded over to Owlwing.

"Let's go check out the territory." meowed Owlwing as he touched noses with Whitepaw.

"Ready to learn how to hunt?" meowed Servalpelt as he touched noses with Toadpaw.

"Go get to know your new denmates." meowed Sunberry as he touched noses with Cloudpaw.

"Cloudpaw, Whitepaw, Toadpaw!" cheered Spottedface for the clan's newest apprentices.

Darkheart pulled a mouse from the fresh-kill pile and sat down nearby to eat.

Almondflower padded past her clanmates and into the nursery, squeezing inside carefully. Once inside, she dipped her head to the other queen and settled down into an empty nest.

Cinderfeather padded into the AirClan camp, carrying burdock root in his jaws. He made his way into the den he shared with Reedpaw, placing the root into the storage.

"I do." meowed Copperpaw, puffing out her chest in pride.

"I do." meowed Mallowpaw.
