Current BearPride Plot

Bearstar padded into the BearPride camp, carrying a swallow in her jaws. She made her way into the elder's den, dropping the swallow at the elder's paws with a dip of her head.

Prideleaf made her way into the BeePride camp, carrying a falcon in her jaws. She padded into her den, sitting down to enjoy the meal.

Butterflytail padded into the BearPride camp, carrying a swallow in his jaws. He made his way into the elder's den, dropping the swallow at the elder's paws with a dip of his head.

Prideleaf padded into the BearPride camp, carrying hawkweed in her jaws. She made her way into her den, placing the hawkweed into the storage.

Bearstar pulled a swallow from the fresh-kill pile and sat down nearby to eat.

Prideleaf padded out of the BearPride camp, carrying the body of Basilstripe in her jaws. She made her way to the pride burial grounds, placing him into a hole and covering his body with earth.

Bearstar padded into the BearPride camp, carrying a rabbit in her jaws. She made her way into the elder's den, dropping the rabbit at the elder's paws with a dip of her head.

Prideleaf padded out of her den, dragging the body of Butterflytail in her jaws. She made her way to the center of the pride camp, placing the deputy down so the pride could grieve.

Foxpaw padded over and pressed his nose into Butterflytail's fur.

Bearstar pressed her nose into Butterflytail's fur, then tossed her head back in a yowl. "Bobcats of BearPride. Listen, And I will appoint the new deputy. I say these words before StarPride so our ancestors may hear and approve my choice...Diamondtail will be the deputy of BearPride!"

"Thank you, Bearstar." answered Diamondtail with a dip of his head.

"Diamondtail, Diamondtail, Diamondtail!" cheered Brokenpelt for the pride's new deputy.

Prideleaf padded into the BearPride camp, carrying borage in her jaws. She made her way into her den, placing the borage into the storage.

Bearstar padded into the BearPride camp, carrying a swallow in her jaws. She made her way over to the fresh-kill pile, dropping the swallow on top.

Prideleaf padded into the BearPride camp, carrying dock in her jaws. She made her way into her den, placing the dock into the storage.

"Let all bobcats old enough to catch their own prey gather for a pride meeting!" called out Bearstar from the center of the pride camp.

Prideleaf pricked up her ears and padded out of the medicine den to hear what Bearstar had to say.

"I, Bearstar, Leader of BearPride, call upon my warrior ancestors to look down on this apprentice. He has trained hard to understand the ways of your noble code, and I commend him to you as a warrior in his turn. Bloodpaw, do you promise to uphold the warrior code and to protect and defend your pride, even at the cost of your life?"

"I do." answered Bloodpaw.

"Then by StarPride, I give you your warrior name. Bloodpaw, you will be known as Bloodfern. StarPride honors you and we welcome you as a full warrior of BearPride." Padding forward, Bearstar rested her muzzle on top of Bloodfern's head.

Bloodfern licked Bearstar's shoulder, then sat back and listened to the pride call out his new name.

"Bloodfern, Bloodfern, Bloodfern!" cheered Tawnypaw for her former denmate.

Prideleaf padded into the BearPride camp, carrying cobwebs in her jaws. She made her way into her den, placing the cobwebs into the storage.

Robinpaw pulled a mouse from the fresh-kill pile and sat down to eat.

Prideleaf padded out of her den, dragging the body of Bearstar in her jaws. She made her way to the center of the pride camp, arranging Bearstar's body so the pride could grieve.
